BUSINESS POLICIES

Please read carefully.

To reserve your appointment, Izzy's Glam Bar requires your information. This includes.

Full name, email, phone number and a credit card. To read Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions click HERE.

A card is required  to reserve your spot with a $25 non-refundable deposit. Cash, Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and PayPal are accepted to settle your remaining balance after the service. 

Izzy's Glam Bar requires Full Payment at the end of the service. 

Please know Services and Products are final sale. This means no refunds. If you are unsure about your service, please reach out. Services Menu has descriptions. You can also find more information and portfolio on all Social Media platforms ! At @izzysglambar on Facebook , Instagram , TikTok, Pinterest and Youtube

If you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours is required. Failed to do so, may result in a 50% charge.

NO-SHOWS will result in 50% of the service charged and will charge the card on file. Full payment is required to rebook.

Izzy's Glam Bar has the right to deny an appointment/ client or stop a service for any given reason. Safety and Sanitation is priority . 

Please be mindful of other people's appointments by arriving on time. Izzy's Glam Bar understands life happens however,  

after 15 minutes late Izzy's Glam Bar has the right to cancel your appointment if it will compromise your service and other guest.

Izzy's Glam Bar will try to reschedule you accordingly within 1-3 business days to avoid extra charge.

*NOTE* Waxing services late policy is 8 minutes.
